Michelle Griffith, the leader of OMNISolutions, brings 30 years of expertise to guide Credit Unions through complex challenges.
A strategic thinker, Michelle has a unique ability to unite diverse teams and simplify complexities to uncover effective solutions. She identifies inefficiencies, explores fresh perspectives, and generates innovative ideas with passion.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and Project Management credentials from UCLA. She also completed a two-year Team Management and Leadership program with Landmark Worldwide, gaining expertise in teamwork, communication, and leadership.
My Approach

Finally, I believe in purposeful connection. My role is to connect credit union CEOs and CFOs with the right expertise at the right time, enabling executive-level conversations that determine relevance and next steps—whether that results in further evaluation or not.
