Michelle Griffith, the leader of OMNISolutions, brings 30 years of expertise to guide Credit Unions through complex challenges.
A strategic thinker, Michelle has a unique ability to unite diverse teams and simplify complexities to uncover effective solutions. She identifies inefficiencies, explores fresh perspectives, and generates innovative ideas with passion.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
She is also certified in Project Management through UCLA. To deepen her expertise, she completed an intensive two-year Team Management and Leadership program with Landmark Worldwide, where she refined her skills in teamwork, communication, and leadership.
